Can I manage my policy online?

Yes. Once enrolled, you can view your policy documents, update personal information, add beneficiaries, and request changes by contacting your dedicated advisor directly. Digital policy documents are stored permanently in your secure client portal.

What documents do I need to file a claim?

At minimum: your policy number, a description of the incident, and photographs of any damage. A police report is required for theft and vandalism. Your assigned adjuster will provide a complete document checklist specific to your claim type within 4 hours of submission.

How long does it take to process a claim?

An adjuster is assigned within 4 business hours of submission. Most standard claims are fully resolved and paid within 48 hours of approval. Complex multi-party or litigation claims may take 30 to 90 days. Your adjuster provides written status updates every 7 business days.

Can I bundle multiple types of insurance?

Yes, and we strongly recommend it. Bundling home, auto, and life insurance with us typically saves clients 20 to 25% compared to purchasing the same policies with separate insurers. All bundled policies are managed by a single advisor and billed on the same date.
